Although is a rural settlement, Miroslava has a complex economic profile: over 350 companies operate here, in areas such as services, production, constructions, agriculture, trade (METRO CASH&CARRY, ARABESQUE, DEDEMAN,etc.).
The commune produces many of millions of euro thanks to the Industrial Parks, managing to attract 70 investors in 10 years. It thus reached investments of 150-200 million euros and almost 2,500 employed people.
The Miroslava Industrial Park 1 opened its doors in 2016 and covers an area of 46 ha. It is the largest industrial park in the North-Eastern Region of Romania. As of 2022, it has a 100% occupancy rate.
The Miroslava Industrial Park 2, opened in 2019, has an area of 25,2 ha and currently hosts only the German company MENNEKES, which produces charging cables for electric and hybrid vehicles (generating a 45% occupancy rate).

Currently, there Is no public medical infrastructure in Miroslava.
The proximity to the Iasi City, however, ensures the population quick access to all the specializations. The population is serve by: 5 family medical offices; 5 dental offices; 2 pharmacies; 1 medical laboratory.
The construction of the institute of CARDIOVACULAR DISEASES is expected in Miroslava, an investment worth over 350 million euro.
THE LAND WAS MADE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE, SUPPORT BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF MIROSLAVA. The institute will serve the population of the entire Region and will have 500 beds.
