The Annabella Group of Companies is a family business, known as the RÂURENI brand, is a retailer with Romanian capital, operating in 200 stores in the counties of Argeș, Brașov, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Olt and Vâlcea. Annabella has over 3500 employees and 150 million euros in turnover, with an investment in technology of over 5 million euro.
The Annabella Group is dedicated to the food segment, a proportion of 75% of its space, the rest being occupied by non-food products. The latest investment refers to the acquisition of 87 stores owned by the Mega Image brand, in Timișoara, Oradea, București, Cluj – Napoca, Adjud, Constanța, Ploiești.
Established in 1920, Râureni has a long-standing tradition of crafting natural, high-quality fruit and vegetable products, with a diverse portfolio of over 170 SKUs, including confitures, jams, compotes, natural juices, nectars, syrups, ready-meals, canned fruits and vegetables, marmalades, and preserves.
In 2000, we launched a line of natural concentrated apple juice, the foundation of our 100% fruit products, free from added sugars, such as Sweet Without Sugar range, which includes confitures, jams, compotes and rosehip paste.
Operating a state-of-the-art factory capable of producing up to 38,000 tons annually, we maintain strict quality standards backed by international certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2019, IFS and FDA regulations.
Râureni’s products are widely available in Romania through all major retail chains, traditional stores, e-commerce and Annabella supermarkets. Internationally, we export to more than 25 countries.
