The three concrete stations in the production base in Popești Leordeni produce approximately 400 m3/day, and the quality of the concrete is checked and tested in authorized laboratories of grade I and II, with which the company collaborates, in order to keep the quality of its products constant and unaltered delivered.

The production of concrete bolts is carried out in our own stations with the best quality materials. The manufacturing process by vibropressing in metal molds gives the products increased strength and durability.

The manufacturing process for concrete slabs consists of casting two layers with different strengths, a concrete base layer with high resistance to mechanical stress and a wear layer on the surface, more compact and non-slip.
The two-layer paving technology is the most efficient, providing increased resistance to wear through the dense top layer and resistance to mechanical stress through the base layer. Resistant to freeze-thaw and de-icing salt, Superstone pavers can be used in high-traffic areas, preserving their qualities and color over time.
As advantages in cladding with Superstone pavers we mention: aesthetic advantages – allow combinations of various shapes and colors and practical advantages – damaged elements or portions can be easily replaced.
Superstone concrete curbs are produced by vibro-pressing in two layers, namely the base layer, which constitutes the body of the curb element and which includes 0/16mm aggregates, thus improving the resistance characteristics of the element, and a wear layer which includes aggregates of 0/4mm and which represent the aesthetic part of the border.
The roadway gutter is also part of the category of essential prefabs for infrastructure works. Due to the need to optimize production costs, we invested in the purchase of a Rampformen Germany mold for casting road gutters and reinforced and non-reinforced covers.
The gutters have the dimensions 650/650/305 mm, the covers are 490/325/147 mm and are made with C250 class concrete.
Superstone owns the necessary equipment for manufacturing and putting into operation the layers of asphalt mixtures, as well as their transport and testing.
