UPRUC-CTR S.A. FĂGĂRAȘ, a company with fully private capital, established in 2000 by the division of S.C. UPRUC S.A. continues the tradition of over 35 years in the production and marketing of a wide range of STEEL FITTINGS for welding and WELDED SUBASSEMBLIES.

The products offered are used in installations and equipment in the Chemical and Petrochemical Industry, Transport, Natural Gas, Hot and cold water distribution networks, Food Industry, Naval Industry.

The production is fully integrated, the company having a productive sector forging and hot-cold plastic deformation, mechanical processing, heat treatment and laboratory for determining the physico-chemical and mechanical characteristics of materials. Also, starting with 2006, through a new marketing orientation, a productive sector was set up for the assembly of steel pipes used in the field of ship repairs and constructions.

The company has implemented a management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001: 2015, EN ISO 14001: 2015 ISO 45001: 2018. The certification body is TÜV SUD DEUTSCHLAND.

The primary function of UPRUC-CTR S.A. taken over from the parent company UPRUC was the maintenance of the capacities of the chemical, petrochemical and refining industries, ensuring the necessary spare parts for the internal market in these fields. At the same time, since its establishment, the company has focused on gaining new market segments of national interest – installations, natural gas transmission, water-sewerage distribution systems, district heating networks, the naval industry.
