70% In Romania, after 1989, vocational schools were abolished, young people being discouraged to learn another profession. Many young people choose (voluntarily, or under pressure) to go to college and study for 3-4 years, but without the guarantee of a job after graduation. We do not say it, we say it to some of the graduates of our welding course who, whether they have finished law, theology, or economics, admit that they cannot find work in the field in which they are licensed, the market being oversaturated.of non-removable joints are made by welding, starting with the welding of large structures (wagons, vessels, etc.) and reaching the welding of dental prostheses with laser. As the application spectrum is so wide, it is normal for this profession to be highly sought after all over the world.

As a consequence of the lack of interest in the trades, there are: the increase of unemployment, the popularization of undeclared work, the lack of qualified personnel, the increase of the average age among the tradesmen.

In a word, there is a crisis of skilled laborers in the labor market.
